Description

The Facility Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of flyadeal’s facilities. The role supports the management of office facilities, accommodation arrangements for flight crew, and vendor coordination while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and operational standards. The position also plays a key role in maintaining facility infrastructure, managing accommodation providers, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct facility inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and building control systems.
  • Ensure facilities operate efficiently while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and facility records.
  • Supervise cleaning crews and maintenance contractors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement improved facility processes and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate hotel and compound accommodation arrangements for flight crew.
  • Communicate with hotels and accommodation providers to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve accommodation-related complaints from flyadeal crew members and guests.
  • Support employee relocation processes and office setup requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor access and activities within flyadeal facilities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Review and verify vendor invoices and monitor facility-related expenditures.
  • Track lease agreements, renewal timelines, and termination dates.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Monitor building security systems and promote safety awareness.
  • Implement facility access control and visitor management procedures.
  • Coordinate cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene schedules to maintain workplace standards.
  • Support internal events and facility arrangements as required.
  • Assist in facility planning and budget monitoring.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support aligned with business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating accommodation, vendors, and facility operations is preferred.
